The weapons interface is one of the stupidest things I have ever seen in an SF TV show, and I'm a Doctor Who fan. I thought that it was solely intended to appeal to the lowest common denominator fanboy element of the Buffy/Alias audience, who just wanted to see a hot babe doing martial arts moves.
