I don't have anything to contribute myself, but was anything ever written (fannish or official tie-ins) about Alisa's life among the Minbari? I was very curious about what happened to her after this!

Yes, actually - "True Seeker", a short story by Fiona Avery that was published in the B5 magazine back in the day. IIRC it's set post-series and has Alisa on a mission on Narn where she's reunited with Na'Toth.
