Like it says on the tin – this is full of rumors, bargains and lies.

Sheridan has Londo deny the Rangers are patrolling Centauri space to anyone who asks. This makes the Non-Aligned worlds suspicious and they ask Sheridan to patrol their space, too. And that is what he wanted all along.

Minbar has broken out in Civil War – Neroon and Delenn have a meeting and reach an agreement, but Neroon breaks the deal by sneaking away – or does he? Lennier is injured foiling a plot to harm or kill Delenn and/or Neroon.

Delenn tells Neroon how she feels about Lennier.

I gotta say I'm a bit in the dark when it comes to the Minbari but I guess so is everyone else. But I've grown very fond of Neroon! I hope he's just bluffing left and right––I honestly don't remember how this goes.
