Rewatch 1 x 19 – A Voice in the Wilderness, part 2
And we pick up with an EAS ship named the Hyperion coming through the jump gate, and it’s a busy episode the rest of the way through.
You can read the recap at Dreamwidth and Livejournal and see JMS’ notes here.
I forgot to mention Garibaldi hunting his old flame once Mars breaks out in rebellion. He hunts and gets his heart dashed! The rebellion is put down as well, but we know how that turns out, don’t we?
The old dude appeared to 3 people, Sinclair, Londo and Draal. Draal is a pretty cool old dude and seems very happy to take over the working of the machine (That really does nothing much after this).

There was foreshadowing but not enough for me. There were a lot of red herrings and false starts with ideas that would have been great but sort of never came up again – like Jason Ironheart. Then there was some that hit the mail on the head – Delenn says Sinclair has another destiny.
Funny, goofy Londo breaks my heart because I know what is in store for him. He made bad choices and great sacrifices, but he never got a break. Not a one!
OH I forgot to mention the nasty aliens who came for the planet – guess it showed them, didn’t it?
OH and Ivanova says BOOM again!
So what do you think?
