The Minbari are calling Delenn home to explain herself about her intentions to marry John Sheridan. They are as racist as anyone and do not wish to sully their pure bloodlines with nasty humans. She has a chance to convince her clan that she should do this, but there is little hope they will listen to any of it.
She spends her 3rd night with John then heads to Minbar for the “dreaming” and in it, she dream of Dukhat and why he chose her to be his assistant and part of the Grey Council – she was of the bloodline of Valen, but the Minbar who is spokesman for the clan says he will tell then that she is being sacrificed to make up for all the dead in the Earth Minabri War.
G’kar gets his new eye and it works outside his body as well as inside.
Sheridan sends Marcus and Franklin to Mars to see what the hell is going on and we get singing Marcus!
1. Does Sheridan ever know that she began the war?
2. Do you think the Minbari people are ever told that many of them are part human?
3. Is the dreaming simply a trip into the subconscious mind or does it tell you details you cannot know – like what the dying Dukhat said?
4. Was her part in the Earth Minbar War what Delenn did not want Lennier to know?
5. Were the humans so new to space that no one had any translation software for their language yet? How do they do it now on B5? Is there a device or maybe a babelfish?
