I am somewhat confused where we disagree, because nowwhere in my comment did I say Delenn was solely to blame. I said she bears responsibility for some of it (see above), and she does. One can critisize a character while still liking her, you know.

Also, I fail to understand why my comment would keep you from commenting on the rest of the episode.
