What should we watch next?

Now that we have reached the end of Babylon 5, I'm thinking we'll have a few weeks of hiatus to give everyone time to catch up on the show, and then continue with the movies and spin-offs. But in which order?

Does Call to Arms count as part of Crusade?

I'd say yes, and that it would definitely go first no matter what order we watched Crusade.

The only problem with the JMS order is that then you're stuck watching War Zone last. For an episode made under protest, it's fine, but it's not more than that and it's really not a great episode to end the show on.

Of course, I still entertain dreamy fantasies where Crusade wasn't killed before it even started to broadcast, so for me there is no good episode to end the show on.

If I remember correctly, it was because JMS refused to go with the changes TNT wanted to make to the show (more violence, sexy alien babe of the week, more nudity, etc.)

True. Personally I'd prefer to get "War Zone" out of the way as quickly as possible. It's a tragedy that the show was cancelled so soon since there were episodes left unfilmed from in between (plus "War Zone" added even though it contradicts the rest of the show) which means that none of the viewing orders quite works :/

I have not actually seen most of Crusade (and am looking forward to it), so this thought may be complete rubbbish.
However, the remark quoted seems to suggest that it might not be the worst idea to watch War Zone last - and regard it as a somewhat separate item.

The problem comes from the fact that Crusade basically has three pilot episodes: the pilot movie "A Call to Arms", the original pilot "Racing the Night" and then the new pilot "War Zone" that TNT demanded, with ACTA being the pilot for the whole show, RtN for the non-TNT-interference half of the show, and WZ for the added-TNT-demands half of the show.

But on the other hand, we could just ignore the story elements in "War Zone" (since JMS apparently wanted to drop it completely from the show when it was rerun) and watch it last just so that we can mock it :)

Not to mention enjoying the very-much-not-veiled meta commentary on TNT's handling of the show. To be fair, there are some moments in War Zone that I enjoy, but on the other hand… there aren't many of them.
