And The Lurker’s Guide to Babylon 5

Ruminations for this episode:

Lots of stuff!
Clark and Earth want to shut Babylon 5 down and plan on blockading it, among other things.
Londo decides to return to Babylon5 to let things cool down on Centauri Prime and the funny little minister is made Regent in Londo’s absence.
Garibaldi gets some form on instruction from whoever his masters are and resigns.
G’kar gets measured for a new eye.
Bester comes to make a deal.
The Shadow allies begin to do their work – thus the keeper on the Regent.
Oh yeah, Lyta blows up Z'ha'dum!

*

1. Which of the many epiphanies did you find most important?
2. What do you think Michael is up to?
3. Can we trust Bester? Ever?
4. Does Clark remind you of anyone?

The party in the beginning has such a 90s' look. It's endearing.

Garibaldi's decision never quite made sense to me. I mean, the road here has been laid but it still seems a bit abrupt. Yes, he's supposed to be programmed or brainwashed or something, but stillll.

Urgh, art keeps imitating real life again.

"In that case, Mr. Bester, I'm an orphan," what a perfect, perfect line from Lyta. And to trust Bester? Never. But the man had some use. Maybe.
